As a lead product designer, I oversee the entire design process and provide consultation for a variety of short-term projects. In addition, I lead user research initiatives and mentor - manage young design professionals.With a background in service design, I have been working as a design consultant for seven years. I am a certified Enterprise Design Thinker with formal training in leading and teaching design thinking workshops. My design practice emphasises research, in which I have honed my skills to not only conduct user research in the short and long terms, but also specialise in customising research methods for enterprise products.Over the years, my experience has empowered me to view problems in systems and design experiences that address problems comprehensively and produce viable end-to-end solutions.My work reflects my philosophies of designing for inclusivity, transparency, and effectiveness, while also being delightful to interact with. I enjoy tackling complex problems, restoring vintage furniture, and tending to my ever-growing garden.
