-Project location survey and data collection of the project for its physical environment, biological environment and socio-economic environment-Prepration of IEE (initial environmental assessment) ( for small project) and EIA ( Environmetnal Impact assessment for the larger project. (Which include data collection, analysis of the data , presentation to the environmental ministry of the Nepal, making plan and policy to mitigate the environmental impact following the environmental related acts and rules.- Reviewed reference documents and assisted project management in report preparation.- Incorporated sponsor, ministry and public feedback to finalize reports.- Completed IEE in 2-3 months and EIA in 5-8 months, depending on location and data/ resource availability.- Conducting the meeting with the local government and communities to gather environmental input.- Created environmental management systems, identifying optimal mitigation, cire and prevention strategies considering feasibility and financial constraints
