With over a decade of experience in the solar industry, I have developed a strong technical expertise and a keen project management savvy, enabling me to handle complex engineering endeavors from start to finish.As a passionate and visionary leader, I am driven by the mission of reducing the carbon footprint and creating a positive impact on the environment and society through Vareyn Solar. I am responsible for building and developing the team, providing purpose, direction, and motivation, and fostering a collaborative and client-centric culture. I also spearhead the strategic and tactical aspects of marketing and branding, creating and executing effective campaigns that showcase our products and services. Additionally, I identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate and close deals, and manage key relationships with existing and prospective clients and partners. I thrive on challenges and enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people, and solving problems.
