Supervising identified Non- conformances / deviations, are closed and corrective actions are implemented.Designing, implementing & managing overall Risk Management plan that complies with customers and affecting the business.Assisting in providing inputs for RFIs / Sales pitches relating to Compliance, ISO, HIPAA &InfoSec.Ensuring implementation & monitoring of InfoSec within Savista (Noida & Chennai) by conducting periodic trainings, inductions & investigating any complaints / escalations related to INFOSEC & ensures timely delivery of incident analysis reports.Planning & monitoring of compliance to requirements of clients / contracts and monitoring effective implementation of corrective actions against any gaps identified.

• Aligned to critical service delivery engagements and is responsible for ensuring compliance in accordance to client, organizational & regulatory security requirements.• Act as the engagement level risk advisor and work as the primary liaison for risk related items between the engagement and the larger R&C organization.• Lead teams and efforts to ensure effective execution of periodic risk assessments and drive integration of remediation efforts with the risk management process.• Partner with awareness and training elements to develop and ensure rollout of programs to increase the level of awareness of compliance with policy and process• Lead and perform activities to help measure and monitor compliance with contractual security requirements, company policies and procedures to ensure the account is compliant and audit ready.• Develop and provides appropriate guidance on solutions to mitigate risks and enhance system security.

Feedback evaluation and identifying training need of different teams.
