(*amanté was acquired by India's Reliance Group in November 2021) Established a stand-alone HR and Admin department for amanté—which was previously handled by its parent MAS Brands (a subsidiary of MAS Holdings).Serving as a core member of the MAS leadership team, I led the newly formed HR & Admin department and related functions on behalf of 400+ Executive and Showroom staff across Sri Lanka and India.Following Reliance Retail Ventures' acquisition of amanté in late 2021, I presently oversee the transition of HR & Admin functions from Sri Lanka to Reliance offices in India, while continuing to handle HR & Admin for Sri Lanka.

Handled HR activities of over 250 Executive and above level employees at Stretchline (Pvt.) Ltd., which is a JV between Stretchline UK, MAS Holdings, and Brandot International (USA).Apart from my HR role, I further served as PA to the Managing Director and CEO of Stretchline (Pvt.) Ltd., and handled administrative, organisational, and logistical functions on their behalf.
