Duties and Responsibilities• Asses credit worthiness of existing and prospective new clients. • Understand and Analysis Audited Financial Statements. (Sound Credit and Risk Analysis)• Credit Appraisal review and preparation according to bank policies and proceeds• Recognition good and poor credit risks and exercise prudent credit judgments.• Develop appropriate credit initiation proceeds• Monitor and Coach relationship officers and assist whistle overlooking end to end credit process.• Restructure / Reschedule the facilities which are in performing stage.• Watch list/NPA management including calling and visiting overdue clients and maintain proper r records.• Driving branch staff to achieve the branch targets.

Duties and Responsibilities• Handle transactions for customers, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and opening and closing of accounts.• Identify customer needs, provide information on new products and services, and direct customers to branch representatives as needed.• Reconcile cash drawers at the end of your shift, count and package coins and currency, turn in any excess or damaged currency to head teller.• Track, record, report, and store transactional information and special requests.• Provide a high level of customer service, offering answers and assistance with a smile.
