Responsibilities (Not Limited to)• Support the Director and research partners to monitor the progress and overall success of all relevant research projects• Coordinates adherence to and performance of administrative tasks and processes, both internal and external• Maintain all files both physical and electronic, and required databases for projects• Assist the Director with and supervise daily operations of the research program including but not limited to providing supervisory and coordinative support to team members• Responsible for coordination and liaison with project partners and communicating research sites,• Monitoring timelines and deliverables for the project team• Assist the project lead in completing and submitting all required documents to the funder, ethics boards, etc. on time• Promotes the program by using various channels, social media, and advertising sites including as well as collaborating with community and research partners• Develop collaborations and partnerships with various research institutions, settlement, and community organizations policy makers, and advocacy groups.• Directly supervises coordinators associated with the projects assigned• Maintain research library resources

• Manage and maintain project content and source any additional content as required.• Understand and ensure any changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams.• Coordinate and manage BIM project data sets/workflow and project setup.• Communicate effectively and offer cross-team support.• Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines.• Daily model management administration and maintenance.• Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines regarding design changes and model changes.• Create discipline-specific BIM Modelling content.• Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.
