• Focal point for all technical communications with customers regarding the PC87000 AdvancedI/O devices and USBN (USB Node devices) • Responsible for a team of application engineers, providing pre&post sales support: writing Application Notes, providing technical presentations and training for regional FAEs and customers, attending bring-up and integration at customer-site, debugging customer’s issues• Acting as a filter between the design teams and the local FAEs – solving most issues without disturbing the designers. In addition, provided the designers feedback on the design – according to customer’s issues. • Handling technical issues caused during any of the design stages - architecture, chip, circuit, firmware, packaging; during production and test; H/W issues such as board design, layout, assembly and production; S/W issues such as firmware, device-driver, application, operating-systems • Working with ODMs and OEMs in Europe, USA, Taiwan, China, Japan and Korea (ACER, Asus, Arima, Compal, Dell, FoxConn, Gigabyte, HP, IBM, Intel, Lenovo, Mitac, MSI, NEC, Quanta, Samsung, Toshiba, Wistron and more.)ACHIEVEMENTS:• Using ‘continuous improvement’, reduced the number of customer’s issues per new-module, and reduced the handling time.• Established issue-tracking and knowledge databases

• Responsible for a team of about 12 engineers, practical engineers and students, doing post-silicon validation, design and production of silicon validation boards, emulators, applications boards etc., and post-sales customer-support for the NS87000 family of SuperI/O controllers (PC market)• Experience with matrix, team and project management ACHIEVEMENTS:• Ranked #1 in internal managers survey. • Using ‘continuous improvement’, reduced number of ECNs: First board has 7 ECNs, including 3 production cycles. Last board was produced in rev A.

• Established and operated the compatibility lab for the NS87000 family of SuperI/O controllers for the PC market.• Prepared test procedures and plans, prepared test setup (h/w and s/w), ran the tests, and presented a validation report

• Maintain (ECNs, Debug up to component level) Development Boards of the NS32000 - 32bit CISC CPU family, and Unix systems based on the NS32000• Manage Daisy CAE systems. • Single practical engineer for all the design site, responsible for all aspects of h/w labACHIEVEMENTS::• Prepared an interface with Calay layout system• Prepared a utility to print the whole design tree
