Current project: mobile F2P multiplayer shooter game. Status: soft-launch.Some of my responsibilities on this project include:- Participate in defining the game development strategy, project deliverables, milestone plans and prioritized product backlog in collaboration with the Game Producer, Game Director and other stakeholders.- Drive the development process of the production team: hold the planning meetings, produce the estimates and the schedules in collaboration with experts, coordinate the efforts of multiple sub-teams, track the execution, update the plans.- Manage the production releases using Google Play Developer Console and iTunes Connect.- Analyze the existing work processes. Suggest, implement, and maintain the necessary optimizations to those processes.- Foster the efficient cooperation and motivation within the production team, as well as build and coordinate the communication between the production team and operation departments.- Compile the regular reports.Previous projects:1. mobile F2P war strategy game "Total Domination – Reborn". - Implement the online community strategy, provide customer service and support. - Act as an advocate of the company in the game’s community and as an advocate of the community within the company.- Content marketing for game forums, Facebook pages etc.- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the growth of the community.- Analyze, review, collect players’ feedback and report on the effectiveness of new features.
