CREC-AVIC INTL is a Chinese consortium of two mega companies CREC – China Railway Engineering Group Ltd. & AVIC International cooperation, the consortium has awarded an EPC project to Implement 10th of Ramadan Railway Project (LRT), around 90km – 14 stations with total value of USD 1.5 Billion.Duties:● Direct Negotiated and assisted to secure the EPC contract worth USD 1.5 Billion along more than 2 years.● Coordinated with the client and related stakeholders the required procedures to accomplish the Project.● Attended meetings and assisted with determination of project requirements.● Assisted the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFPs, tenders and preliminary schedules.● Assisted in preparation of project organization and communication charts.● Tracked and Monitored the progress to make sure that the project on schedule.● Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.● Assisted on reviewing the Contracts, Letters of Intent, etc.● Maintained the Contract Execution Tracking Log.● Assisted the PM in the review of Local Sub-Contractors quotations and negotiated with them.● Follow-up the pending issues with Internal and External Stakeholders.● Communicated ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others.● Kept the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact Stakeholders relations.
