-Handling subcontracting related issues, requirement of GRIL Project sites @ corporate level i.e. almost 30 Projects sites. Also Supporting procurement department for finalization of material along with the schedule to be provided to Subcontractors.-Providing the complete support to project team for finalization of subcontractor either major/minor for smooth running of project.-Coordinating day to day activities @ corporate level for all the subcontractor related task.-Conducting meetings with Subcontractors, undertake & resolve all the matters raised by site team regarding dispute resolution and subcontractors performance concerns disputing the Subcontract agreements and highlighting it to next level.-Setting up Standard guidelines and formats time to time for required subcontractors by evaluating his qualifications and assessment of his technical, commercial and other capabilities for further deployment at site either through site/CO.-Evaluate best possible options for better results and cost saving by providing support to Management and adopt other analytics-Check all possibilities and do backward integration of major items to review the possible factor of savings-Timely reporting to raise any red flag regarding subcontracting work.-Arrange team meeting for people management and training schedules-Evaluation of new Subcontractor's portfolio and experience suiting Companies. Also its commercial capacity and their caliber to perform the proposed works. subsequently review their performance till post deployment at site on monthly basis till it gets successful.-Develop new Subcontractor's to Companies Network to achieve the best possible results and timely completion of the Project.-Review of Project requirement and initiate the subcontracting processes-Evaluation of Subcontractors as per the site requirement-Ensure subcontractor’s performance is as per set standards

Construction of Four Laning of Ramban to Banihal Section of NH-1A (Now NH-44)Role-Manager-QSS Project Cost-Rs. 1783.42Scope:36 Km long National Highway construction between Km 151.000 to Km 187.00 on EPC mode contains 36 Lacs Cum Excavation includes 10 Lacs hard Rock and 21 lacs soil/soft rock etc.Client & Consultant-National Highway Authority of IndiaResponsibility-Mainly subcontract billing & client billing. Preparation of Rates Analysis, BOQ’s, WO’s for Sub-contractor and making negotiations & finalizing the agreements with sub-contractors. Verification of sub-contract measurements, quantities, bills and resolving issues with contractors if any. Recording measurements, preparing claims & dealing of client running bills, Extra claims, Variation claims, Escalation claims etc. Reconciliation of construction material, Reconciliation of client & sub contract billed quantities with Actual work done. Keen watch on cost and price escalation for components like labour, materials and plant for analyzing the rates and evaluating the costs required for preparing various types of Project reports. Submission of Client bills on monthly basis or as per the contract document and verification at site with client representatives for processing the same for payments.
