Investment Analyst
Current• Conduct in-depth analyses of fixed income assets to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, including but not limited to corporate bonds and government bonds.• Actively manage the entire investment process, including transaction execution, settlement, valuation, and ongoing portfolio monitoring, providing frequent updates (on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis) to the Board of Directors.• Prepare comprehensive and insightful investment reports that accurately reflect portfolio performance, risk metrics, and market trends, presenting them in a timely manner at Investment Committee meetings.• Manage day-to-day investment administration activities, ensuring accurate record keeping, timely processing of transactions, and preparation of comprehensive and informative company investment portfolio reports.• Accurately and consistently record journal entries for all investment transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, to maintain a detailed and reliable record of investment activities.• Manage the KYC renewal process for counterparties, ensuring that all necessary documentation is submitted in a timely manner, and conduct comprehensive due diligence on prospective asset management partners to identify potential risks and ensure alignment with the company's investment objectives.• Coordinate with audit teams to provide the necessary data and analysis to facilitate their reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a transparent audit process.• Maintain strong working relationships with investment counterparties, including banks, custodian banks, securities firms, and asset management companies, to ensure smooth execution of transactions and effective communication.
