One of the wisest people I have ever met once told me that if you choose a job you have a great passion for, you will never work a day in your life. This is a philosophy that I have carried with me throughout my life and sought to find for myself. My passion and desire for the field of public health and community engagement originate from a genuine wish to make a positive difference in people’s lives. 💡This led me to pursue my passion by completing my 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 with a minor specialisation in Work Health & Safety and health promotion. During the course, I learnt a diverse range of public health enhancement areas, project management methodologies, planning & evaluation of health promotion initiatives, work health safety risk assessments as well as gaining valuable skills and understanding of diversity inclusion, cultural and emotional intelligence.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:🏆 As a disability support worker, collaborated with projects and operations management team to review and implement tailored behavioural support plans which helped to improve achieving individual goals.🏆 Managed data over 1000+ patients Electronic Health Record (EHR), whilst working closely with operational teams to implement relevant controls to ensure real-time availability, accuracy and confidentiality of data.🏆 Developed custom reports to review, monitor and identify risks, issues and dependencies of the tasks which helped to reduce bottlenecks and improve efficiencies.I would love to bring my passion in public health and community engagement to learn new technologies, discover trends & opportunities to help people in need in the most efficient ways.I would love to connect with people on LinkedIn or through my Email 👉 ishidaanand16@gmail.com
