• Assisting with the Timesheets, trainings and other admin related activities that is to be reported back to client.• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date Immigration and conversion trackers for client.• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date leave records and follow ups on return date while associates are overseas. • Providing support to Account executives in HR letter, Immigration letters, invoicing and PO extensions.• Coordinating calls with associates related to performance, monthly and quarterly connects.Proficiency in tax terminology such as W2, 1099, and subcontractor classifications.• Understanding of FLSA classification and payment regulations.• Maintain an onboarding tracker to ensure seamless integration of new hires.• Proactive follow-up with US employees regarding any pending HR-related matters.• Familiarity with the form I9 and the e-verification process.• Accurate upkeep of personnel files for all employees, including the creation of employee codes through data entry into our HR database.• Familiarity with work visa types (US citizen/H1B/Non-H1B etc)

●Handle day to day operational task of vendor onboarding and ensure quality of work and maintain SLA●Communication and execution of Vendor onboarding process●Act as first point of contact for vendors to trouble shoot their queries●Closely follow established process around vendors approval, exception and vendor data management●Review vendor company documents to check for completion●Formatting and uploading vendor documents in central repository●Work with cross departments to effectively complete the vendor onboarding process●Follow up with vendors via emails and call to complete the onboarding within TAT●Maintain close contact with recruiters/vendors/legal team/Finance teamAlso lead a transition project MSP Volt for Supplier OnboardingsResponsible for Supplier Onboardings and their Compliance.● Responsible for Audits database management.● Working on Visa expirations of the consultant for their smooth working.● Managing End Date Management reports.● Handle enquiries (telephonic & email enquiries) of W2 and Subk consultants.● Responsible for managing data of consultants in excel.● Working on asset recovery after the consultants project end.● Managing database term tracker and active sheets for consultants.● Resolve queries relating to the client portal issues and timesheet.● Working on multiple clients,with their different portals.
