I am Ishika, a full-time student at George Brown College. With a passion for sports and an eagerness for the industry, George Brown's sports event and marketing program appeared to be my choice. I am very grateful to be accepted into the program.Apart from my studies, I am a national-level soccer player. I started playing soccer at the age of 14, and in the year of 2014, I participated in the national soccer championship for the first time. Moreover, I have represented my state in over ten national women's soccer championships (Senior and junior). Participated in Inter college football championship and secured first position in 'A' division (Winners) 2019-20.I represented Punjab in the Khelo India youth games in 2020.Represented Techtro United Swades FC in Himachal women's league (2021) and secured our team's first position in the league. After graduating in July 2022, I started working at Concentrix Daksh Pvt. Ltd. I held the position of representative of Operations. Moreover, my internal job title was Advisor (customer care representative).
