TLDR; You are at the right spot if you’re looking for a Creative UX designer.For a person who has been in and around art for most of her life (and has also been trained in the same for 10 long years), choosing design as a career option should’ve been the obvious choice. But that didn’t happen without a pinch of exploration. On this journey to figure out what more I can delve into, I picked up skills like copywriting, social media ideation, and how to deal with different brand languages head-on. I bundled these skills and returned back to my one true love - designing. When I landed my first job as a graphic designer, I came across the fun of tying design with results. The rush of adrenaline when you see your design generating ROI made me fall in love with my work even more. My job taught me to deal with all design problems keeping the user in mind first and my natural tendency to be an empath made it really easy to do so. I created ad campaigns that converted and successfully raised the CTR from 0.47% to 1.98% (I know, that’s a lot!) through Google display campaigns. Over time, I was trusted to handle a major project of revamping the entire website and this is where I got hooked to UX. The conversion mindset I developed early on along with a bundle of skills I picked on my journey till here only helped me accelerate on my way forward. Working with a team helped me approach problems from different perspectives and aided my growth as an individual as well as a UX designer. Today I feel confident in my skills and my understanding of the design expectations of a SaaS organization and how to successfully deliver on the same.
