Bashkesi Lumturie means a "community of joy" in Albanian. This was a two week summer camp for poor Albanian children living in the outskirts of Durres from where the operation was carried out. The scope of this activity was to instill in these children a positive outlook to life and hope for a better future a taste of which the children were experiencing during the summercamp. The summer camp was held in July, however logistic preparations started from late December of the previous year. I was in charge of such preprations. One big challenge was that in December the budget was near to zero Euros and this had to be raised to €7,500 by June. The major fund raising activity for this was a carwash which was not merely a carwash it was a weekend event with catering and streaming of live events.This sum financed namely transport by coach for 200 children everyday from their village to the premises of the summer camp, entrance for 400 children and the helpers to a waterfunpark in Tirana and a snack with drinks for every child, everyday during the camp.This was a great experience not only spiritually but I also learnt leadership and organisation skills during this experience.

I compiled retrospective porcess validation on discontinued batches of Pharmamed. The products consisited mostly of antituberculous medicines and others that Pharmamed manufactured for the previous owner IDA of Netherlands

In this position I also Validated microbiologically the Clean equipment hold of Actavis. This study was also submitted for review during inspections from the authority.
