• Responsible for implementation of the increasing legal awareness component within the project, including development and implementation of communication strategies; budget forecasting and ensuring efficient use of funds; development of ToRs for project activities and selection of service providers; monitoring and reporting on project implementation.• Liaison with government authorities including provision of technical and operational support to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan in capacity building and development of communication strategies; assisting in developing strategic documents (i.e., National program on legal education 2020-2030) and their implementation; representing, speaking on behalf of the organization in high-level events (i.e., coordination meetings with participation of government officials, donors and development partners)• Development of communication materials, including production and timely dissemination of materials among partners and target audience; development of ToRs and selection of service providers; managing the process of elaboration of scenarios, designs and videos; message development, social media content creation and media outreach.
