• Responsible for overall development of sports in all the existing sports areas and create new sports facilities.• Restructure existing rules and regulations (wherever necessary) in sports and health club facilities in consultation with the concerned chairman.• Identity (existing/new) coaches for basic and advanced coaching in the sports facilities.• Fix a target for creating national/international level players in the sports facilities who would represent the club. • Prepare annual sports budget for indoor/outdoor sports, health club and swimming pool. • Responsible to conduct tournament for the club at different levels and in different faculties.• Co-ordinate with the Government of Maharashtra and Government of India to get recognition, funds procurement as per their policies and schemes in sports faculties. • Make efforts and achieve optimum utilization of present/new facilities.• Maintain records of various events that take place at the club and submit exhaustive summary report of the same so as to identity talents of the area.• Responsible for organizing sports camps at regular intervals like Diwali/Summer/Christmas vacations etc.• Encourage bookings by corporate/educational institutions of sports faculties for utilization and also to increase revenue of the club. • Overall in-charge of the development of the sports ground, all indoor/outdoor sports activities, swimming pool and health club.

The Consumer Ombudsman was created to provide each of Ocwen’s customers with a resource to assist with unresolved concerns and issues. If Ocwen’s Customer’s are unsatisfied with the servicing of their loan, or do not feel that an issue has been resolved adequately; the Consumer Ombudsman will serve as their advocate. The Ombudsman is knowledgeable about loan servicing and the related laws, regulations and industry practices. As the advocate for the consumer, the Ombudsman will review their concerns and Ocwen's response. The Ombudsman will question Ocwen's servicing department on any areas of the servicing of the loan that do not appear fair, reasonable and proper. The Ombudsman will communicate the findings and Ocwen's resolution of the matter directly to the customer and State Regulatory Agencies within the United States of America.•Assist all Consumer Account Analysts(CAA) in the Office of the Consumer Ombudsman in Mumbai with my input pertaining to them drafting their written response & assist them in completing an appropriate response.Subsequently, I review & approve all written complaints for the other CAA and submit it to our main office in Orlando, Florida, USA.•Effectively communicate with the team to ensure high motivational levels to obtain high quality results•Team Management & Development through various training programs.•Liaise with the India and USA Business Units.•Assist internal counsel in quickly resolving escalated and litigated issues.•Liaise with internal departments to fulfill business requirements for proceeding with escalated cases.•Govern all of Ocwen's servicing departments & be SME for every facet of each department.•Identify errors & ensure timely escalation of issues to various business unit heads.•Focus on team-building and improving leadership skills of the senior team members•Taking interviews,training all new recruits thoroughly & handle on job training as well.•Prepare&Conduct performance reviews.
