I work as a Scrum Master and a full-stack developer for Ericsson through HiQ. The products are release automation preparations and release automation automation framework responsible for preparing software products to be released, releasing and deploying the products and finally, deliver them to Ericsson's customers.The team has full responsibility for the products' development and maintenance. This includes front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Meteor, MongoDB), back-end (Python, Jenkins, Gerrit) development and backlog management (Jira, Confluence) as well as supporting the users and answering any questions they have, or help them solve all the issues they might encounter when using the tools.My role as a Scrum Master includes:* Managing communications between the team, the Product Owner and HiQ.* Managing sprint planning, sprint retrospectives and the product backlog.* Ensuring deliveries meet deadlines by removing impediments.* Shielding the team from excessive work that can lead to missed deadlines.* Facilitating and leading meetings.* Reporting and presenting sprint results to customers and stakeholders. * Promoting Agile and Scrum values and implementing them in the team and organization's way of working.

* Managing communications between technicians, private customers and company customers.* Creating and managing orders in the company's ERP.* Finding and assigning technicians to projects.* Managing all communication with external parties to ensure meeting deadlines.
