As the managing director and head of product development at EWN Bangladesh Limited, I lead a team of 30+ software developers and designers, building innovative solutions for businesses, especially startups and small enterprises. I am responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring optimal user experience and quality standards. I also manage business relations and stakeholders, including partners and contractors, and seek new opportunities for collaboration and growth.I have a strong background in software development, with a PG. Dip in ICT from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, and a BSc in CSE from Stamford University Bangladesh. I have also completed multiple certifications in Python programming from DataCamp. I have more than four years of experience in various roles, such as product analyst, solution designer, growth and strategy executive, and front-end developer, working with different technologies and platforms, such as web and mobile apps, dot net, and AI. I have a passion for creating user-centric products that solve real-world problems and add value to customers. I have also received several honors and awards, such as the employee of the month and the primary scholarship.
