HIV Prevention: Conducting situation analysis and KAP regarding STD/STI and HIV. Developing budget framework, SBCC modules for the site supervisors, community networking and referral network protocols. Gender: Assisting the International Gender Expert in developing a Gender Action Plan (GAP) for Dhaka Mass Transit Company Ltd. (DMTCL) and the Dhaka Metro Rail to ensure gender equity and all GoB mandates for the rights and empowerment of the women in Bangladesh. Liaising with the Ministry for Women and Children and the related directorate.Miscellaneous: Networking with prominent national NGOs for selecting a HIV and primary healthcare provider. Developing a budget template for HIV prevention campaign.

Conducting Training Needs Assessment (TNA), listing essential trainings, developing training modules and materials, selecting qualified training institutions/specialists.

Developing the Condensed Organizational Capacity Assessment Tool (COCAT) and Gender/Diversity and HRM manuals. Key member of the Health Private Sector (KATALYST) Development team. Initiating B.Sc. nursing course development for the public and private sectors. Completing proposal, procuring award for the field work of ‘Facility Based IMCI Review’ with UNICEF. Managing the company liaison office of a Taiwanese fabric manufacturing in Bangladesh. Marketing and sales of man-made fabrics to local Ready-Made Garments (RMG) factories; Handled finances – including collecting large due payments in difficult situations; monitoring production, shipment and delivery; after sales support and general trouble shooting.Assisting the RMG factories with social, environmental and ethical compliance audits as mandated for greater access to major buyers from USA and Europe, including developing and implementing Industrial (RMG) Safety and Health management protocols, particularly Injury Prevention and treatments.

Participating in the development of the first urban health service delivery program model in Bangladesh, funded by USAID. Managing a large rural health project in a disaster-prone area of Jamalpur district.
