As long as I can remember, I always wanted to represent India in Taekwondo.But that dream ended due to an unforeseen injury.I took it as a sign that God has other plans, bigger plans for me.I followed my passion and studied sports science at the best university in Delhi.Now, I have started my professional career as a Personal Fitness Trainer at Anytime Fitness. Here, I help individuals stay fit, eat healthy, and train them to reach their goals, keeping their interests and individual needs in mind.If you visit Anytime Fitness (Dabri branch), you'll find me giving sessions, counselling, or interacting with my teammates.I believe becoming and staying fit is a continuous process that requires consistent efforts and with a mix of science, the right knowledge, guidance, and behaviour - everyone can become their best selves. I intend to use this space to write at the intersection of all three, to make people more aware and informed about fitness, and to bust all the misconceptions and myths we've been following.
