• Managing effectively the Existing Accounts (Clients) and Database (Candidates) and also work towards bringing in new and prospective clients (Business Development)• Analyzing Manpower requirements of clients in terms of fine focused details such as experience, credentials, skill set and professional attitude necessary for the best hit ratio • Sourcing of candidates matching the job specifications through various sources like job portals, Software and referrals • Interviewing candidates over the phone in order to determine the job 'fit' in terms of job description specified by the client • Coordinating with clients to arrange for interviews, lining up interviews for the candidates short listed by the clients • Follow up with the clients for the feedback, handholding candidates till they join the company • Timely updating of the necessary reports / forms related to the clients, candidates & mandates • Apart from recruitment functions, the jobs responsibilities also include conducting induction training programs for the new joined employees
