1) Analyzing the Customer Designs & specification to evaluate the feasibility Study of Customer design with CFT members & preparing GA drawing for the same.2) Designing of Crawler parts Including assemblies & subassemblies by using Unigraphics for various types of undercarriage application like Excavator, Blast Hole Drill, Side discharge Loader etc.3) Design calculation for Various Critical component Like Track Drive, Steel Backed Bronze Bushing etc. & selection of them for various Type of application. 4) Concept drawing Making for Various Undercarriage Parts & discuss with CFT team for Feasibility Study.5) Preparing the Manufacturing Drawing, Bill of material And Releases to the Production Department.6) Responsible for establishing the specifications for the material procurement with coordination with Metallurgist and play active role in helping the purchase dept. in developing these new materials.7) Involved in providing optimum design at minimum cost in order to be competitive in the market.8) Involved in Testing of Various Undercarriage Components for Design Validation.9) Involved in Benchmarking & VAVE project for Undercarriage Components for Better Cost, Better Life.

Feasibility study: - Study the 2D drawing provided by the customer prepares feasibility study report With CFT team. Project Summary: - Study the drawings & prepare the project summary report including tack time, manpower requirement, No of tools etc. Method Plan: - After analyzing the part defining the processes & Discuss with CFT team for finalizing the same.Preparedness for TPM audit. Daily calculations of OEE and Kaizens

Achieve the daily desired production target.Allocation of workmen to machines as per Customer model wise plan.Motivating and supervising them to achieve desired production target.Close scrutiny of problems arising during production hours and solving them.
