As a Speech Pathologist turned Mentor and Business Coach, I empower allied health professionals to thrive in their careers and build fulfilling practices.My journey began at Curtin University, followed by diverse roles in various settings:- Rockingham Child Development Service: I helped families access services, empowered parents, and improved systems.- Peel Language Development School: I collaborated with educators to create programs, upskill staff, and foster positive learning.- Telethon Speech and Hearing Centre: I led a passionate team, tailoring programs and supporting children and families.In 2006, I embarked on a rewarding entrepreneurship journey with Speech Therapy Services, where I honed my leadership and clinical skills, specialising in supporting children who are autistic, ADHD, or have feeding challenges.Through mentoring my employees, I discovered a passion for helping therapists grow, overcome hurdles, and feel empowered in their roles.
