Office Assistant (Work Study)
I assumed the role of Office Assistant in 2016 for the management of office correspondence and communication with other departments, primarily to streamline day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with the policies. I conferred with college staff, students, and external visitors to address concerns and provide guidance regarding new/existing college policies. I was also responsible for creating and updating records while ensuring attention to detail and confidentiality of the information, and analyzing day-to-day requirements to schedule/re-schedule appointments. Recognized for demonstrating outstanding interpersonal skills and delivering results while working cross-functionally.
