As a creator, host, and producer, I've honed my skills in leadership, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. From Pick Up New Mexico, where I create and write for each episode with a focus on making social issues more accessible and engaging for young people, to founding Rez City Improv, a Native American improv duo creating entirely unscripted shows, I've demonstrated a passion for using my talents to make a positive impact on the world.I've also been committed to promoting greater awareness and understanding of Indigenous issues in the film industry. At the Santa Fe Film Festival, I wrote and performed in a one-man live show that critiques Native American stereotypes in American Western films, engaging audiences through sketch comedy, monologues, and improv.In all my endeavors, I've demonstrated a deep understanding of social and political issues and the ability to communicate and connect with audiences in meaningful and thought-provoking ways. My leadership, creativity, and commitment to excellence have been crucial in my work, and I look forward to continuing to positively impact the world through new and innovative ways. My leadership skills have been instrumental in the success of Enchantment Physical Therapy in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, where I successfully initiated the establishment of a new clinic from the planning stage to the current operational stage. As the business manager, I managed a team of seven employees and created a positive and collaborative work environment that promoted teamwork, open communication, and professional development.
