I've always been someone who has had large aspirations and wanted better for myself. When I was a child and people asked me what my dream job was, I always said something goofy like an astronaut, or a space fireman. However I've always been super invested in the technological side of reality, specifically how the background of it functions. How does this game work? How did they make that robot move like that? What makes my phone able to reach the internet, and what even is the internet? I used to live thinking I'd have an average life and always work an average nine to five, until I learned about being a Software Engineer, and then it was like a fire of motivation that ignited in me.Coding is challenging, and it takes a lot of effort and trial and error, but it's worth it to have a hobby where I can apply my creative thought processes and problem-solving skills. Additionally, the feeling of doing something as a hobby that I can eventually make a career out of is exciting.I'm a full-stack developer with previous experience spanning retail, fast food, customer service, and people management (5+ years), including events, customer engagement, support, and sales. My skills include Java, SQL, React, Redux, Spring, Bootstrap, HTML5, IntelliJ, Visual Studio Code, pgAdmin, and Git.
