- Coordinate, implement, and participate in recruitment efforts and admissions-related initiatives to advance undergraduate enrollment goals in the College of Arts and Sciences, with a special focus on supporting underrepresented students.- Actively collaborate with campus partners, including the Office of Admissions, Office of Scholarships, and the Office of the Vice President for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to support initiatives and discuss best practices.- Lead information sessions and meet with students and families to provide insights into the College's offerings.- Recommend, oversee, and evaluate outreach efforts to high schools, building relationships with partners to attract prospective students.- Facilitate the promotion, recruitment, application process, and selection for the College's Direct Admit Program.- Assist with strategic planning for marketing and communications projects to promote the College to prospective students.- Travel to markets in and out of state to meet with students, parents, and high school advisors to discuss the College's diverse academic offerings, including over 80+ majors and 100+ minors and certificates.- Partner with the College's Associate Dean for Diversity and Inclusion to brainstorm, plan, and implement programs and events specifically designed to support underrepresented students.- Collaborate with college leadership to drive strategic initiatives focused on building the necessary infrastructure to cultivate the desired student experience, provide comprehensive support to all students, and champion the values of liberal arts and sciences education.- Spearheaded an initiative to establish a robust support network for first-generation students in conjunction with the First Year Experience office.
