As the Chair, I'm at the helm of the association's day-to-day operations and governance. Taking the lead in setting the direction and priorities, my responsibilities span organizing the annual AHFAP conference, managing financial affairs, overseeing updates on our website, social media, and newsletters, providing outreach and membership support, and ensuring the smooth running of committee meetings. I'm committed to balancing the workload and well-being of all committee members and fostering an environment of openness and cooperation.

- Responsible for the daily operational management of the Science Museum studio and the team of photographers/ digitisers. - Researching and testing equipment and establishing working procedures.- Responsible for leading on all collections and non-collections Photography at SCM.- Responsible for delivering high quality photography and digitisation for 2D & 3D collections for acquisitions, loans, exhibitions, research, and digital outputs.- Delivering portraiture photographed in the studio and off-site for permanent galleries, publications, press and variety of internal and external stakeholders.- Leading on photography for collections engagement activities including school visits, public tours, and commissions for external researchers.- Collaborating with Conservation and Logistic teams to deliver collections photography for a group wide remit of exhibitions.- Training the Photography team to maintain consistency and quality in line with SMG’s imaging standards across a diverse range of commissions and digitisation projects as well as quality assuring their work on a regular basis.

- Member of the Photography Core Team, SMG Collection Services Department. Covering variety of requests including: studio and on-gallery object photography, gallery views, interior and architectural views of museum spaces, editorial portraits of museum staff, senior management and contributing artists.- High quality object photography, compliant to the museum imaging standards and created for exhibitions, publications and research purposes.- Contributing to the digital library with photography of museum objects, printed materials and transparencies as part of the permanent collections and new acquisitions.- Cultural heritage photography for The Science and Society Picture Library based in the Science Museum. SSPL represents the visual content and a licencing body of the Science Museum Group. It is comprised of a large collection of images and rare footage available for commercial license (publication, broadcast, advertisement or other commercial enterprise) and brand licencing.- Collaborating with various teams across the organisation (curators, conservators, content editors, etc.) and delivering upon internal and external clients' requests.

- Supporting Photography Core Team at Tate Britain & Tate Modern on casual hour bases. - Contributing to the main image data base with: official photographs of exhibited artwork ranging from sculptures and installations to video and 2D art; photographs of gallery spaces; Tate event coverage.

- Working directly with the Senior Curator for Contemporary British Art, a globally renowned artist Steve McQueen and the exhibition designer, the position involves meticulous post-production and printing of the final photographs for display in the exhibition. The Tate Year 3 project, led by Steve McQueen and displayed in Duveen Galleries in Tate Britain, is one of the most ambitious visual portraits of citizenship ever undertaken, in one of the world’s largest and most diverse cities. The role assumes colour managed retouch, print procedures and metadata audit including: - Colour correction: defining correct tonal range and white balance and custom camera profiles; image correction: detail & sharpness control, cropping, perspective correction, etc.- Soft proofing with application of specified ICC profiles; hard proofing; print execution and quality control.- Periodic revision of printed artwork with McQueen and the curatorial team.- Workflow forecast and time management for supporting contractors.- Meticulous file management protocols, upload to database feeding into live search engine, metadata input.- Audit of over 3000 files, metadata alignment with search engine requirements. Other responsibilities:- Manage allocated resources for daily operations, including photography & print equipment and expendables. Direct communication with suppliers and technical troubleshooting.- Liaise with Tate departments and project partners (Artangel, A New Direction) and with external individuals as appropriate, including the artist.- Support photography team working on the project and advise on technical challenges and means of quality improvement.- Support retouch and colour correction for outdoor exhibition produced by Artangel Fund, seen on over 600 billboards across all 33 of London’s boroughs.
