Senior Project Manager
Current-Creating project plans, delivery timelines and identify key milestones to track progress and achievements-Preparing bids in acknowledgement of RFQs within the scope of technical requirements-Analyzing project requirements and establishing project budget baseline-Established a data analysis system on Jupyter Notebook for risk management and material tracking (sourced by SAP Data, analyzed via Pandas Lab)-Tracking project processes and communicating with project team using JIRA and other appropriate tools and techniques-Prioritizing project work and delegate responsibilities to team members-Leading on strategic planning (quarterly, bi annually) and monitoring design & procurement processes-Sprint planning to ensure achievement of strategic project objectives, customer requirements and internal project dependencies
