With almost twenty (20) years of experience in the food business, I am the owner and chef of Eat Matters PH, a culinary venture that offers a range of services, from private chef and meal delivery to food styling and photography. I am passionate about creating and serving delicious, healthy, and authentic Filipino dishes, using fresh and local ingredients from our farmers.I am currently a private chef under diplomatic mission. And I am so grateful for this new culinary journey I am taking. I am a culinary instructor at my own home where I share my knowledge and skills in culinary arts, pastry arts and kitchen management. Additionally, I am a host for Traveling Spoon, a platform that connects travelers with local home cooks. Through cooking classes, I teach and showcase the regional cuisine and culture of the Philippines. I have a professional diploma in culinary arts and pastry arts, and a bachelor's degree in business administration and computer applications.
