A former boss once described me as skilled at both independent and collaborative work. She also told me that my willingness to quickly learn and my thoughtful personality left a mark in her work-space. Hi! My name is Isimbi, and I work well with people. I am a young African woman who is passionate about sexual and reproductive health, particularly concerning women in the Sub-Saharan Africa region. It is therefore my long-term mission to create a space in research to share the experiences of women, female health and modern contraceptive methods within the global south. Aside from this, I have completed an MA in Gender Studies and I currently hold the role of Program Advisor at Never Again Rwanda (NAR) based in Kigali, Rwanda.
