*Proactively develop client relationship, anticipate and provide solutions to client needs.* Ensure that filled Client Familiarity Index (CFI) forms are well documented.* Gathering clients’ data and entering such data into a computer system* Update and manage client records.* Promote organization’s products by providing consistent, accurate and transparent information to customers. * Issuing of Retirement Savings Account (RSA) form to new customers* Collecting of supporting documents for Client Familiarity Index (CFI) and Retirement Savings Account * Maintain knowledge to ensure adherence with all regulatory requirement, policy and procedures. (RSA) forms from clients* Accomplish tasks efficiently by showing concern for all aspect of the job, paying attention to details.*Carry out other duties as reasonably required by management.
