Amaia Land Corp. is a subsidiary of Ayala Land Inc. focused on the economic housing sector of the Philippines.Being a project architect is mainly focused on project management; involvement in early stages of land acquisition and initial masterplanning/ conceptual development, stretching towards design development and implementation/construction.Part of my responsibilities also include ensuring design-to-cost practices are implemented on various Amaia Land Corp. projects.

I specifically render my services to Amaia Land Corporation, Ayala Land Inc.'s subsidiary catering to the broad economic sector.As an intern, I am responsible for the timely and accurate issuance and/or production of all necessary drawings, details and specifications to support all technical information of the projects; Providing on-call technical support to the Project Architect during the various stages of the development.I am involved in initial land acquisition studies, master-planning and design of land & houses projects, coordination with architectural consultants for vertical projects, and masterplan conceptualization of township developments
