- Lead the Quality Assurance team’s commitments for the fiscal year- Create and present monthly quality key performance indicators for Operational Dashboard - Perform FMEA Risk Assessments - Balance Scorecard meetings- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create root cause analysis and corrective actions - Communicate and work with suppliers to provide solutions to externally caused faulty equipment- Represent the Quality team for quarterly supplier business reviews- Investigate and act upon failures on equipment and sampling affected inventory based on test plan- Perform quality control provisioning and testing on supplier repaired products and in-house tested equipment- Create quality training framework to coach teams on Quality Assurance topics- Manage customer premise equipment recalls and quarantines- Create quality requirements for subcontracting Request

- Implementation of an Integrated Quality Management System between the ISO 9001 "Quality Management Systems. Requirements" and the ISO/IEC 17025 "General Requirements for the competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories" norms. - Elaboration of the Quality Manual according to the ISO 9001:2008 norm. - Elaboration of the Quality Manual according to the ISO/IEC 17025:2005 norm. - Elaboration of the process maps- Elaboration and presentation of the manuals, processes, procedures, methodologies- Develop key performance indicators- Non conformance reports analysis - Preventive and corrective actions analysis including a root cause method for internal concerns and customers complaints - Qualification of key suppliers and management of their quality- Quality control inspections of raw and produced material certification - Participation in inner and external audits
