• Earnings reporting, which consist of tax identification number inquiry review/updates • Process premium payments for Auto, Fire and SFPP payments into the internal cash system • Encode, balance and deposit check premium payments in the system and into State Farm Insurance Company account • Control of daily list suspense sources for the three offices • Manually input attorney/lawsuit interest/punitive damages, delay damages payments • Handled invalid year re-portable payments • Responsible for 1099 duplicate payment listing • Monthly reconciliation • Updated Policy Holders, Doctors Office, and General Contractor information • Process medical bills and medical reports
