My role within the global Real Estate team, I am tasked with tracking and management of all KPI related to the purchasing organization and support al global projects. This includes savings delivery, KPI/PI management, and effective communication of key strategic programs and projects. Additionally support team management activities, efficiencies and implementing business changes.

-Implement Utilities as a Service projects, being the first zone to adopt large scale project under this business model. Contributing to the Carbon Neutral/Net Zero agenda.-Develop value creation projects to upcycle the company co products in line with ESG strategy

-Responsable for the tracking and monitoring of the indirect cost for the Procurement. -Scope: México, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Caribbean islands, Honduras and El Salvador.- Responsable for the tracking and monitoring of the operational performance of the procurement process -Responsible of a team of 6 people responsible for all the data visibility in the Middle Americas zone related to operational performance and purchase process-PMO for the Performance Managers team

I serve as the link between finances and the procurement team for the indirect costs and cash flow. My role coordinates the budget process for Indirect costs and cash flow improvement trough managing payment terms with the suppliers. After budget is finished I lead the follow up of the results to identify possible deviations of budget and ensure actions are taken by delivering the correct visuals to the leadership team in other for them to make decisions.

Coordinación de compra y distribución de materiales directos a todas las unidades de negocio de Grupo Modelo (Cervecerías y Operaciones Auxiliares). Responsable de la creación de presupuesto y estimaciones asociados a las categorías.

Responsable de la implementación y seguimiento del sistema de gestión de ABInBev

Se realiza análisis del performance diario de las líneas de producción con el fin de generar planes de acción y conseguir los KPI's.

El GMT es un programa para jóvenes con menos de 2 años de experiencia con alto potencial para desempeñar cargos gerenciales y tener un crecimiento acelerado.El programa consiste en rotaciones a través de las diferentes vicepresidencias y culmina con la entrega de un proyecto.
