Tasks included development of process flow diagrams in Bizagi Program with a detail level 3, detailing validation of the process, analysis of time and resources, and analyzing the feasibility of RPA. 75% of the process was automated, achieving a reduction in delivery times and cost reductions of US$100K per year.Feasibility Study of Sourcing (2014-2015)-Project leader conducting a study of sourcing and business process to determine profitability of using internal resources versus suppliers using Six Sigma methodology DMAIC steps (define, measure, Implement, Control). The study found that using suppliers was more profitable for the company. Upon this conclusion, the study continued to analyze different outsourcing companies to execute the required service, resulting in savings of US$700K per year. Show less
