The scope of these projects includes the construction of swimming pools and spas for both residential and commercial properties, which are designed with hardscape, landscape, and softscape elements. Implementing knowledge of the requirements of the city building code for permitting HOA submittals. Variety in projects ensures that the work does not become monotonous. The projects are also designed to be efficient and cost-effective, as well as aesthetically pleasing. Working with the client to determine their needs and wants is a key component of the job. The challenge of creating a unique and functional design is what makes the job rewarding.
