• Monitoring the day to day activities of all the AHTS and PSVs operated by the company• Assist with enquiries from Charterers, Agents and any other 3rd party vendor on operational related matters for vessels• Coordinate with the Charterers on the duties/operations/requirements involved and ensure the vessel complies and is qualified for the charter (certification, manning, equipments, etc.)• Act as key liaison personnel between vessels and various departments • Attend to any pre on-hire survey such as suitability / marine warranty survey (MWS) / condition survey• Appointment of husbandry agents overseas and monitoring their performance
