In 2010, Iskander changed lanes to pursue his passion for film establishing a media production company and building it up to a business with a net asset value of RM2.2 million. Through running his company, Iskander learned to be versatile, resourceful, understand the importance of stakeholder management and also spearheading projects by leading teams 20+ people. Key tasks included project management, financial planning, recruitment, sourcing locations and high-spec equipment.Iskander has produced films which have found homes on several notable platforms and channels. His experience has also brought him across borders pitching in South Korea, Singapore and Europe. In 2006, freshly graduated, Iskander entered the IT world as an IT Support Engineer at an investment bank, with a focus on network infrastructure and software systems.
