Dr Iskra Zafirovska received her PhD from the School of Photovoltaic and Renewable Energy Engineering at UNSW Sydney. Her thesis focused on line scan photoluminescence and electroluminescence imaging of industrial solar modules, with results demonstrated on a prototype imaging tool that she built during her PhD. A commercial version of this prototype was developed by BT Imaging. Since completing her PhD she has been working for Griddler to provide software resources for solar engineers and researchers. She has recently started a position as an Application Development and Service Engineer for WAVELABS Solar Metrology Systems, working in the Americas and Australia region.
