Assisted existing customers of Anchor delivery services with onboarding to the new online ordering system. This involved visiting each customer and providing them with their unique QR code and familiarising them with the online system. I would liaise back to my employer any concerns expressed from each customer and strategically worked to eliminate these concerns. This role allowed me to build personal and mutually beneficial customer relations, and these positive experiences withheld customer loyalty to Anchor during a time of change and unfamiliarity.
