Managing all the harvesting operations and the production wheel in all the sites for AMTAAR Investment Company in Sudan.Using huge machinery around 70 Agriculture tractors, Massey Ferguson & Challenger “from 90 to 370 HP” & 160 agriculture equipment.Many operation teams consist of 10 nationalities about 80 employees were “Engineers, document controllers, supervisors and operators” for producing the annual target which was around 250000 ton forage yearly. The main site is Al-Dabbah, 14000 acre, Rhodes grass, Elephant grass, panicum grass, Alfalfa and Wheat, producing huge amount of bales.  The bale weight was around 560 KG of Rhodes, 2079 bales was the biggest no. of produced bales per day.  Al-Daman site in Northern state, 2200 acre of Rhodes Grass. Idris Sons site in Northern state, 1000 acre of Rhodes Grass. Al- Safi Dairy site in Northern state, 600 Acre of Rhodes Grass. Sondos site, in Al-Jazeera state, around 8000 acres of Rhodes Grass.

Responsible for all the machinery maintenance “ Repairing & Preventive”Arranging the needed spare parts &the purchasing requests for all the equipment and keep the minimum stock level always available. Responsible for all the agriculture operations “Land preparation, spraying, planting, inter row cultivating & fertilizing, harvesting, in addition to the baling process”, for 2200 acres of Maize silage.Proceeding other operations as spraying for 3000 acres of orange trees between the pivots.

 Training the operators on the right methods for the optimal operation. Arranging the purchasing requests belong to the needed spare parts with internationals companies & following the stock in the stores to keep the equipment running. Finding faults, Troubleshoots, Correct the Equipment stoppage and making solutions for the mechanical breakdowns. Responsible for the service truck and equipment. Maintains adequate supplies, lubricating oils, grease, fuel and necessary tools to perform all field related maintenance. Performs other duties as assigned Doing the repairing maintenance to the earth moving equipment & responsible about complete service workshop with its machines. Designing the procedures & monitoring the schedules for doing the preventative maintenance to keep all the machines running with high performance.Designing scheduled maintenance on plant equipment and machinery &Performs assigned preventive maintenance tasks. Supervising the complete operation process ( Harvesting, Raking, Baling, Extracting and Loading). Travelling to South Africa for testing candidates for AMTAAR Company in positions (Operation Managers, Maintenance Mangers, Super visors, Operators, Mechanics) who were chosen by SUIDWES (South African company). Site manager for one of AMTAAR sites (ZAIED EL-KHAIR site) in Sudan, 10000 acres Sudan grass, two seasons, by starting up all the equipment and the tractors for the first time in working with 13 nationalities. Execute assigned personal objectives with limited direct guidance and supervision.analytically and problem solving skills, Attitude to practical work with a dynamic approach. Experience in leading a team and coordinating external suppliers providing maintenance services. Assumes responsibility for cost, schedule, quantity and budget control. Ensures effective communications among other engineering disciplines. Ensures effective management of change.

 Arranging the purchasing requests belong to the needed spare parts with internationals companies & following the stock in the stores. monitor/review spare parts stock, in order to keep maintenance activities running without stopping and to minimize the non-moving items inside the store. Preparing the PDI, and following the warranty parts after doing the registration for the new machines by communicating with the manufacturer.  Doing the repairing maintenance to the earth moving equipment & responsible about complete service workshop with its machines. Designed Information System; database and program logic for Equipment maintenance and operating. Training the operators on the right methods for the optimal operation. Assembling 50 KRONE equipment made in Germany as starting the work in AMTAAR with only 5 operators without any technicians & electricians (24 Big Pack Balers, 4 Swadro Rakes, 8 KWT10.22 tedders, 5 fronts Easy cut 32CV float mowers, 5 rears Easy cut 9140 CV, 3 AM 283s side mower & one BIG M420 CRV mower. Experience in elector/mechanical equipment and fault finding. Experience in electrical equipment installations The maintenance manager of AMTAAR maintenance department with following all of the maintenance activities and controlling more than 400 equipment and all the maintenance employees for one month professionally during absence of the real manager. Ability to work independently and / or in a team.
