1. Client representation and sending of daily reports.2. Preparing shipment tracking updates and analyzing them.3. Follow up with clients on all pending documentation.4. Tracking of all shipments until they arrive at Destination.5. Ensure that standard operating procedure are applied at each step of the business process.6. Alert the client in case of operational issue (potential or real) and responding to client’s queries.7. Working to ensure we meet KPI and meet zero extra cost on shipment8. Ensure all correspondence pertaining to portfolio being handled are filed in the relevant file for future reference9. Preparing reports, weekly, Monthly as per the instructions 10. Communication with shipping lines11. Communication with CFS/Port
