Senior account manager top corporate accounts• Accountable of achieving sales target through my tools and my customer list.• Plan,and follow up the implementation of sales plan to achieve the assigned target through my customer list and new customers.• Reporting to The SR.Sales Manager the sales reports on a weekly basis to monitor achievements versus target.• Identify potential customers in order to increase sales achievement, set up plan to attract the identified customers and implement the plan.

Achieve planned Sales volume based on Quarter forecast & target. Increase Company GP through selling high profits Enterprise solutions. Follow up customers' satisfaction as per company policy. Enhancing existing corporate accounts profitability. Achieve Quarters goals to grow existing revenue and achieve incremental required. Retain customers in order to avoid total churn.  Delight our customers. Signed exclusive agreement with key accounts with tailored offers and discount vs. incremental revenues. Maintain CRM, attend meetings and events. Negotiating with, closing, managing relations, ensuring satisfaction and growing business volume of assigned corporate accounts in line with our management and strategies. Define sales strategy to be followed per account & Close sale. Overview implementation of services sold to customer Once initial sales is complete, upsell via additional services, Fixed connectivity, unique solutions to the overall ecosystem of the account Determine and build continuous relationship with key people within the assigned account. Act as the client’s point of contact within Vodafone for all relationship, Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customers’ requests and complaints.
