Regional Sales Manager
Current• Supervising the Sales Team members’ work and performance via field visits in South Upper Egypt and Red Sea Region• Auditing and overseeing sales goals, employee development, and business development records and statistics• Motivating, guiding, and mentoring the Sales Team members to exceed goals• Work on marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and growth to the customer base• Hire, on-board, develop, coach, mentor and evaluate Customer Success Account Managers.• Set a clear bar for excellence. Build a high performing team that will be diverse and inclusive.• Ensure the team delivers high quality production deployments that are resilient and successful.• Drive operational excellence, including timely consumption opportunity management, high-quality reporting and insights, and delivery portfolio health.• Collaborate with the cross-functional departments to complete the sales cycle.• Monthly performance review, identification of weak areas and suggest guidelines for making improvements & monitor competitors regularly & plan strategies.
