(Audit Firms PWC, and EY)• Post monthly exchange rates, run monthly FC valuation, and review FC correction entries posted by junior accountant.• Post & upload the standard reporting and key figures monthly on comet according to HC blueprint.• Prepare the forecasted budget for the FA & Lease annually.• Recommend asset class (for each asset component) by Corporate Investment MGR and validate if asset class is complying with accounting standards & principals.• Reconcile the WBS elements (master data) monthly by coordinating with project managers to transfer the finished projects from the AUC to the fixed assets FAR.• Develop the periodic assets verification process (assets count), also follow with the technical personnel the company’s physical assets statues, to show the assets correct value.• Define the asset net book value and ensure that fixed assets are disposed-off correctly from the Fixed Asset Register, and the impact of the disposal was presented in the P&L and Balance Sheet.• Prepare the FA disclosure note as required for the quarterly financial statements.• Lead Fixed Assets reporting cycle (monthly, quarterly and annually) to ensure correct valuation of Fixed Assets to avoid misstatement in the financial statements.
